Oregon Water Resources Dept. – Notice of Application for Allocation of Conserved Water (noticed 4/29/08)

Description: The Cloverdale Ditch project proposes to replace approx. 15,000 feet of open unlined ditch with a pipeline. The project is expected to yield 2.0 cfs of 1895 priority conserved water under water right certificate 74135, with the on-farm rate being unchanged. 100% of the conserved water is proposed to be dedicated to instream use in Whychus Creek from the district's existing point of diversion (approx. RM 23.5) to the mouth of Whychus Creek.
