Description: The Lookout Mountain Ranger District has prepared a Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the East Maury Fuels and Vegetation Management Project. The project proposes to harvest an estimated 20.5 mmbf on 6,857 acres, noncommercial thin 11,039 acres, and conduct fuel reduction activities on 11,400 acres. The project area is located 30 miles southeast of Prineville.
