Description: On September 24, 2008, a final decision memo was signed to improve mule deer habitat and promote growth of large diameter ponderosa pine in the Fly Creek watershed. The project will treat about 300 acres through the understory thinning of ponderosa pine, the mowing of brush, and the reintroduction of prescribed fire.
