Description: The USDA is considering an exchange of land with Michael A. Hardie under the authority of the General Exchange Act of March 20, 1922, and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of October 21, 1976. Each parcel is approx. 0.30 acres in size. The Forest Service proposes to acquire wetlands associated with Crescent Creek. The exchange would result in a net Federal gain of wetlands.
