Join LandWatch on our first fall Springs walk in a series of three to explore the Metolius River Springs, one of the most spectacular field sites in Central Oregon. We will experience the area’s fascinating hydrology and discuss the importance of healthy Springs while engaging in a restorative walk which will include guided reflection on our connection to the natural environment.

Each walk in the series will take 5-6 hours total, including round trip driving time from Bend and around 3-4 miles of trail walking.
- Difficulty: easy, level trail.
- Suggested equipment: comfortable hiking shoes, sack lunch, plenty of water, binoculars, and field guides.
