Paul Dewey Stepping Down

I am excited to announce that in June of this year I will be stepping down as the Executive Director of LandWatch, an organization that I founded 35 years ago when Whychus Creek was under threat of piping and clear cutting of its banks.

Over the decades I have been privileged to work for the protection of Whychus Creek, the Skyline Forest, Shevlin Park, the Metolius and Central Oregon’s precious agricultural lands, among many other places. I want to continue that work and will do so for LandWatch in a different capacity.

We have officially begun our search for a new Executive Director. You can see the job posting here.

Very truly yours,
Paul Dewey
