Our Statement on Washington D.C.: End White Supremacy

Central Oregon LandWatch condemns the recent attack on the U.S. Capitol and attempt to disrupt a free and fair election process and a peaceful transition of power.

From our work at Central Oregon LandWatch, we know that public participation in representative democracy is our only path forward.

We stand against white supremacy, racism, antisemitism, and all forms of bigotry.

We stand for equity, transparency, and accountability in our government. And that includes the highest held office of the presidency of the United States.

LandWatch has joined the Western States Center in asking for public condemnation of the attacks on the U.S. Capitol and our democratic institutions. Read the full statement here.
